Hello, hello! So this has been a very hectic week - but next week should prove to be much more calm!! If Ethan goes shopping we will be eating this delicious menu - otherwise, we have corn dogs and pot stickers in the freezer. What will you be eating this week?

Those fish tacos look delicious!! What Mexican rub do you use? We have fajita seasoning...do you think that would work?

We just finished eating the fish tacos. They were as delicious as I thought they'd be... We used fajita seasoning and added some cilantro. Yum!
